When will my first box ship?
Your first crate will ship in 1-2 business days, so your player can start enjoying their Plate Crate experience right away. After this, crates will ship during the 1st or 3rd week of the month. Please allow 3-4 business days for holiday shipping.
When do memberships renew?
At Plate Crate, we offer risk-free trials to keep things simple for our subscribers. Memberships automatically renew at the beginning of the next billing period, but you can pause or cancel anytime. You can easily access your account through your My Plate Crate dashboard.
Do you have any other baseball box options?
In addition to our Plate Crate and Plate Crate Pro monthly subscriptions, we also offer one-time purchase options for our Player Crates and our Past Crates.
Do you have a refund policy?
Yes! We offer a 30-day guarantee for broken, damaged, lost, or stolen purchases. Email support@platecrate.com for more information.
Are refunds available if I cancel a Plate Crate subscription after the renewal period?
If a subscription is cancelled after its renewal period or after an order is placed, you will receive the remaining Crates that are owed from the renewal. No refund will be issued. Check out our Cancellation Policy for more information.
