How do I pause or cancel my account

Pausing or Canceling your account

Pausing:

Step 1. Login to your "My Plate Crate" account. You can find your "My Plate Crate" account by going to https://www.platecrate.com/account/login If you are having issues logging in please follow this link https://www.platecrate.com/tools/recurring/get-subscription-access

Step 2. Once logged in click the "manage subscription" button. 

Step 3. Click on "Delivery Schedule" to the left under your name.

Step 4. Hit Skip for the shipment that you would like to skip.

Cancelling:

Step 1. Login to your "My Plate Crate" account. You can find your "My Plate Crate" account by going to https://www.platecrate.com/account/login 

Step 2. Once logged in click the "manage subscription" button. 

Step 3. Click "Cancel"

Step 4. Select reason for cancelling and hit cancel.

If you have cancelled an account after a renewal, you will still receive the Crates that are still owed to you from the last renewal. No refund will be issued. For more information on our Cancellation and Refund policy please see below:
