Refund/Replacement Policy

Refunds and Replacements will only be issued for items that have been either lost or damaged due to shipping.

If an account is cancelled after its renewal period you will receive the remaining Crates that are owed from the renewal and no refund will be issued. 

If you feel that you should receive a refund, just send us an email to support@platecrate.com and one of our Customer Care Specialist will be more than happy to make sure that you are taken care of!
