When will my Plate Crate ship

Your 1st Crate will ship within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking link once your Crate has shipped, make sure to check your spam folders. If you have a subscription please see below for our shipping guidelines. 

Orders Placed Between the 1st and 14th of the month

 All orders placed between the 1st and the 14th of the month will be shipped out within 1-3 business days. All subsequent orders will be billed on the 1st of the corresponding month and shipped out in the first week of every month.

 Orders Placed Between the 15th and last day of the month

 Orders placed between the 15th and last day of the month will be shipped out within 1-3 business days. All subsequent orders will be billed on the 15th of the corresponding month and shipped on the 3rd week of each month. 

 All new orders will ship within 24-72 hours Monday-Friday.
