I ordered the Youth Large, it was smaller than I expected. So then I did the shirt variant, to a Adult size small. After I submitted the request, I received an email stating my account could not be found, so I sent my email and the date of purchase. The reply from you was the team would locate and change the size for the next two months to a adult small. I haven't heard anything back from you if the problem has been fixed, per the reply. Thanks!
