So after my order was lost in DHL shipping (according to the tracking info) before Christmas, I was offered a replacement with pink balls rather than the green that I originally ordered because the green set was out of stock. I accepted the replacement offer because I wanted my grandson to have these for Christmas. Well, the replacement order was delivered via USPS to the incorrect address as the tracking indicated the package was delivered but I had not received it, which is common with USPS delivery service. I requested a refund which I received and decided to order the product with green balls through Amazon even though the product was back ordered because they have superior delivery service with photos of proof of delivery. About a week later, the set with the pink balls was delivered and then another week later the set with green balls was delivered. Then about 2 weeks later the Amazon order was delivered. So, in the end, Plate Crate refunded my money as previously indicated and sent both sets at their own expense. So props and appreciation to them. However, if you want to avoid my situation, it's best to order Plate Crate products through Amazon because they have a superior delivery system.
