Amazing customer service
Some how the shipping information on my order was entered wrong and my package went to my neighbors house. After trying to reach out to them to get it back, unsuccessfully, I contacted plate crates customer service and explained my situation. They responded quickly and professionally and offered solutions to getting a replacement. We are still waiting for it arrive, but I am so excited for my boys to start practicing with it! I can’t thank plate crates enough for being professional and understanding!
